sit down all day, it's very important that you promote blood flow.
There are 2 primary types of exercising - aerobic and anaerobic. The first one, aerobic, stands for "with oxygen".
Aerobic type exercise has an important distinction, it burns fat as the main fuel.
Anaerobic on the other hand, burns sugar as the main source of fuel.
Despite common myths, exercise doesn't have to be drastic to provide massive benefits. Even if you choose light exercise, you'll still burn fat.
Light exercise will help to drive out lactic acid and stimulate your cells to regenerate. To be certain that you are burning fat rather than sugar, it's very important to make sure that you are doing several things as you exercise.
The most important thing you can do as you exercise is breathe deep. Always breathe in deep in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds then exhale hard through your mouth.
Second, exercise at a comfortable level. You should exercise at a level where you are still be able to carry on a normal conversation while you exercise.
Try to do this for 45 minutes or so each day, and you'll begin to notice just how much more energy you have.
With just a little bit of your time devoted to exercise, you'll find yourself fitter than you have ever been in the past.

Skipping meals is skipping life. A drastic change for your body is not good. Never dwell on the idea that missing a meal would make your waistline look better. Whenever you stop eating, your body reacts to that by storing all the fat it gets.
Remember to sweat it out a bit. Exercise does not directly result in better metabolism because it depends on the type of excerise but it leads to a better sleeping habit. And, sleeping increases metabolism.
